We are an independent, privately owned, C-corporation. We perform diverse technology research, development, and also offer contracting and consulting services. We also have a specific Code of Ethics that guides our operations.

We have selected
Toyota Prius as the company vehicle. The Prius is a
hybrid gas-electric car that achieves low emissions and high gas
mileage. We operated a 2001 Prius, and now operate a 2005 Prius.
This choice reflects our commitment to environmental concerns.
